New building in Cambridge green belt
Our client wished to construct a new children's nursery at Fulbourn, Cambridge. As the site was within the Cambridge green belt a VIA study was requested as supplementary planning information. We have regularly undertaken assessments for developments in sensitive locations including several buildings in the Cambridge green belt, development on the north Norfolk coast and wind turbines, farm buildings and other large structures in rural settings from Leicestershire to Dorset.
