Enhancing landscape corridors
Landscape architects have championed Green Infrastructure planning since before the term was widely used. Landowners and Local Authorities can enhance landscape values, biodiversity, access and other landuse criteria in simple, phased and often low cost initiatives - but you must establish a clear plan and vision first. Richard worked with colleagues Mackley Davies to prepare such a plan for Caerphilly County Borough Council along several miles of the A4049. Our report included an action plan defining a suite of projects to enhance the locality over several years.
