Richard assisted David Brown in preparing the North West Cambridge Green Belt Study. The document was commissioned by South Cambridgeshire District Council and was used to inform the now adopted North-West Cambridge Action Plan. The study considered the setting of Cambridge in the green belt and made a case to preserve historic landscape assets and viable corridors of agricultural land.
